I had the best service experience since I have owned a car.
Toyota on Western is the best. I recently bought a new highlander from another Toyota dealer,River Oaks (BIG MISTAKE!) the salesman deceived me to the point of tear; making promises he did not keep. Putting an after marrket sytem in my car I did not want, and then wanted to charge me to remove it.
I went to Toyota on Western and the Service Manager was great...he assured me he would fix the problem and it did not cost me an arm and a leg.
Toyota on Western has me as a customer for life.

It's hard shopping for a car as a woman, but the guys at Toyota On Western treated me with respect. They never tried to fool me or pressure me. That's all I want. Thanks, guys!

I like a car with all the toys and my new Scion xB is SWEET! I got the MP3 jack for my iPod and the sound is great. Plus, I really like the fold-down back seats for hauling my stuff or the kids. I look like the cool dad at soccer practice now :)

It's all about price for me. I want a deal. That's why I keep coming back to Toyota On Western. I've bought 3 used cars from them so far and I'll probably come back for number 4

I always take my car to Toyota on Western when I need service, whether it needs a tune-up or just an oil change. Their mechanics are all factory certified, so I know everything is done right. Plus, we're on a first name basis. It's nice to do business with someone who knows you.

I was nervous about my credit, but the guys at Toyota On Western helped me get financed. The whole process was really fast and easy and they treated me with the respect I deserve. Every business should be run like this!

I really enjoyed shopping at Toyota on Western. The sales people were helpful and didn't pressure me at all. I just got the car I wanted at the right price. I couldn't be happier with my new Camry. I'll definitely come back when I'm ready to buy again.
